I have always believed that no matter what obstacles present, to never let them get in your way of your dream and destiny.  You just have to find out how to get around them.  I’ve had a lot of obstacles get in my way, in life and especially as an entrepreneur in business.  Some obstacles have masked themselves as complete road-blocks and have actually attempted to not only stop me, but have me turn my back on my dreams.  It’s often a lot harder to breakthrough obstacles than we actually imagine.  I know they have come close to knocking me out more than a few times!

It’s true - I have created my own obstacles, through negative self talk, not external influences projecting on to me.  One trait I have worked alot on mastering is my self confidence.  It has been easy to break down my self confidence.  I have often let people ‘get to me’ too easily.  Know what I mean? My mentor Blair Singer says it is our own little voice that takes us out of the game.  That little voice ultimately decides what we will believe is our truth and whether it is or is not possible to achieve our dreams and destiny - regardless of who created the obstacle.

It seems that many people I know also have a challenge with self confidence, when facing obstacles.  All the trauma and drama that comes with obstacles weakens you. You have to make a decision – to break through.  To overcome the obstacles, you have to rebuild your energy to break-through. 

You definitely want to have dreams and desires and clear images about your destiny – they are the fuel you need to rebuild your energy when you make the decision to break through.

Rests In Our Choices and Decisions - To Breakthrough or To Not Breakthrough?

The part we control - our little voice.  Will it ‘put you out of the game’ and stop you from achieving your dreams, experiencing your desires and arriving at your destiny?  You and I get the right to choose – you decide what you will or will not do.

I’m sure you know what I mean when I say ‘as I travel the road of life’s journey, many obstacles seem to appear when I make great decisions – great decisions I am energized by and excited about.”  It’s like, right when I’m on track and have things figured out, obstacles pop up and get in the way. Just when you start to get ‘on a roll’, those obstacles feel unreasonable and often they also appear too big to overcome.  Some obstacles can seem too big to EVER overcome.  I’ve had many times, on my entrepreneurial journey, that I’ve thought about giving up, giving in and ‘going home’. And whether or not I have overcome those obstacles is determined by that final decision – to break through or to not break through.

Each time I do breakthrough, beyond the obstacles I discover a whole new world of opportunity becomes available to me … and you.   (I think we all need to tie a ribbon around our little finger to remind us of this, dont you?)

Sometimes people, sometimes circumstances and sometimes my own mistakes create obstacles that get in my way.  They appear like a signal, suggesting that maybe I need to stop - even briefly!  When that happens, it has been really easy for my little voice of negativity to be activated and it tries to talk me in to deciding to quit.  Very quickly, my confidence is eroded, my heart is saddened and I start to believe, maybe this just is not for me.

An inner-world breakthrough happened in me recently

I had a  breakthrough on HOW I manage obstacles – so I can breakthrough them!  It’s a shift – a new paradigm of self belief and edifying that my life really IS about achieving all the possibilities that I embrace as my dreams – regardless of the challenges or obstacles put in front of me.  

I’ve accepted and finally embraced the joy of trusting my intuition from the heart, over my little voice in my head which has meant getting out of my head and in to my heart first, not the other way around - and asking ‘in my heart of of hearts, what should I do?‘  And I’ve discovered that obstacles are a signal – just to pause momentarily.

Relax and breathe.  Be calm. Feel Aligned.  Allow my intuitive self to be heard over my little voice.  In hearing and trusting my heart allows me to regroup, reposition, refocus and continue moving forward on my journey. In pausing and hearing, I’ve been able to make adjustments and refinements to realign with what matters most to me – renewing my self belief and receiving renewed energy to break-through. 

Making Decisions is More Than Just Important!

Making Conscious Decisions To Breakthrough Helps You Live Your Dream.

When you have a dream and a desire to do something great for you that will also be serving the greater good others too, you will find the energy to overcome whatever obstacle is temporarily stopping you.  Without the dreams and desires though, the traumas and dramas of those obstacles will overwhelm you. 

Right now, I am at the cusp of fulfilling a destiny (and a destination) that I have dreamed about for many years.  Initially, to be honest, I dreamed about what it could and would do for me and stopped there.  In more recent times though, thanks to my inner, intuitive self being heard from my heart, the dream is fulfilling a greater good so I can share and empower and enrich my own life and humanity too.

I’ve pushed through many obstacles that have appeared, especially in recent times.  (I think they are nothing more than tests for how much I really want this.)  And now, I sit here writing on the eve of realizing a great professional dream and a personal desire. 

DESTINATION:  New York City.  PURPOSE:  To seek and sign the ideal publishing deal for three of my books “Web Success Secrets”, “Return From Adversity: Inspired Entrepreneurs” and “The Law of Alignment – Why My Life Is Like This”.  These books have been written ‘through me’ to fulfill a desire to educate, empower and enlighten entrepreneurs around the world.  I’ve been been gifted the platforms of writing and speaking to help other entrepreneurs transcend challenges and transform their business … and life too!

I’m excited beyond belief right now – for realizing  these works, getting them produced and now positioning myself for mass-market coverage.  Writing a book and having it published and promoted by a publisher based in NY is one of the most powerful ways to share your message with as many people as possible around the world.   So, I’m about to fly to into the city that dreams are made of, there’s nothing you cant do … let’s hear it for New York, New York, New York!

Love you Loads already NY… for helping me find a way forward to share my work with so many. xo♥  I’m on my way - You and I have a date, and a destiny to fulfill.

How big is your dream? 

When it’s not big enough, the obstacles in front of you will overwhelm you. 

Keep your dreams and desires out in front of you, so they are always in full view.  I am realizing a dream right now that has taken 6 years to come about.  I could have given up many times – I nearly did, just recently.  My little voice said maybe THIS obstacle really is too big.  But my intuitive heart said I have come too far with too many reasons to give in now.  Why should I deny myself and so many others of the gifts I desire to share?
